Should all of the biology labs be completed?

We’ve included more labs than what is typically found in high school lab science courses. This was done intentionally, to give families flexibility and options. Families who are on a tight budget may choose to complete the labs that do not require any (or many) specialty lab supplies. Or students may choose the labs that are most interesting to them. 

However, we do recommend all students complete labs 1 and 2 as we’ve designed these labs to introduce your student to the scientific method and lab report writing. Students choose a minimum of 15 labs to complete throughout the year. However, we know many of our students have enjoyed completing all of the labs!
