I can see my elementary course, but not my middle school/high school course. OR

I can see my middle school/high school course, but not my elementary course.

3. The student hasn’t created/logged into their separate account yet.

1. Accessing Your Elementary Course

1. Log into your parent account.
2. On the dashboard, click Course Access.
3. Find Experience Biology – Elementary (or the elementary course you purchased).
4. Click the course card to open the video lessons.

2. Accessing Parent Resources for Middle or High School Courses

1. Remain in your parent account.
2. From the dashboard, click Student Management.

3. Locate your course (e.g., Experience Biology – Level C).

   Inside, you’ll find:

   • Welcome video
   • Curriculum guides
   • Lab supply list
   • Textbook readings
   • Student resources
   • Answer keys

Note: These materials are for parents/teachers. Students have a separate view.

3. Accessing the Student View for Middle or High School Courses

1. Log out of the parent account.
2. On the login page, enter the student’s email and password that you set up at purchase.
3. The student dashboard will show Level B or Level C course.
4. Click the course to access weekly lessons, videos, and assignments.
