I’ve logged in but I can’t access any of the lessons.
There are a few problems you might be running into if you are a student in one of the upper level courses. Be sure to check each of these.
- Be sure your parent has set up the student account. Parents will not be able to access the course from their dashboard — from their dashboard, they will be able to set up the student account, access student grades, and access resources.
- Be sure you’re logged into the student dashboard. You may want to completely log out of the system and login again using the student email and password. Click on “Course Access” to find your course.
- If you’re logged into the student account and can find the course, but no lessons are available — be sure to make sure the course has started! If you’re in Astronomy the course starts at the beginning of September. If you’re in an upper level course, your parent will need to be sure to start your course in their online dashboard before lessons become available.
