I haven’t received my password and can’t login.

You can click the “lost your password?” link on the main login page (just below the yellow Login button). If that still doesn’t work, please contact us — occasionally we’ve found people who haven’t received their confirmation email with their password entered their email address incorrectly when purchasing the course. Likewise, if your student has not received an email with their password after you’ve added them to the course, be sure to check to ensure their email address was not added incorrectly.
